Embroidery or print on a polo?
Embroidery is the usual choice for a polo uniform. It gives a raised, woven finish that suits daily wear. Print is the better choice only when the logo has photographic detail or a gradient that thread cannot reproduce. Very fine text, under about 4 mm tall, does not embroider cleanly, so a logo with a small tagline may need the tagline dropped or the whole mark enlarged.
Thread colour
Thread comes in a fixed range, so brand colours are matched to the nearest available shade rather than mixed exactly. We send the thread reference before stitching so you can approve the match.
