How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select the size, material and quantity, upload your artwork and check out. You see the price before you pay. For larger or mixed orders, send us your requirements on WhatsApp or through the contact page and we will send a quote.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder the same specification later.
Can I get a quote for a non-standard job?
Yes. Send us the size, material, quantity, finish and delivery date on WhatsApp or through the contact page, and we will come back with a price and production time.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and is shown on each product page. Many print products start from small quantities, while apparel and branded gifts usually have a higher minimum.
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS and high-resolution PNG or JPG. Use CMYK colour, 300 dpi at final size, 3 mm bleed, and outline or embed your fonts.
