What to know

Fabric weight decides whether the bag survives the event. A light non-woven bag is the cheapest way to hand out a brand, but it tears under a laptop and a bottle of water. Cotton canvas from around 140gsm upward holds real weight and gets reused, which is the point — a bag someone keeps using is advertising you paid for once. At an exhibition, give the bag out early: visitors carry it all day past other stands.

Artwork requirements

For screen printing, send a vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) with solid colours and Pantone references if you have them. Each colour is printed with its own screen, so fewer colours cost less. For DTF, which prints full colour and gradients, send a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the final print size. For embroidery, keep the logo simple and avoid very small text.

The print area is smaller than the bag itself, so keep your design clear of the seams, the handles and any gusset. Read the artwork guide before you upload.

Turnaround and delivery

Production starts once you approve your digital proof. One-colour screen printing and DTF are the quickest; multi-colour screen printing, embroidery and large quantities take longer. For an exhibition or conference, order early enough for the bags to arrive before build-up.

We deliver across the UAE to offices, event venues and exhibition stands. See delivery and turnaround for timings by emirate.

Frequently Asked Questions

A light non-woven bag is for paper. A cotton canvas bag with a gusseted base handles laptops, brochures and a bottle.

Cotton and canvas, yes. Non-woven, no.

Count on giving one to a good proportion of the visitors who stop. Bags run out faster than any other giveaway.

Yes. Most totes can be branded on one or both sides. Two-sided printing costs a little more than a single logo, but it doubles the visibility when the bag is carried.
